Josephine Chapman
Executive Assistant

Jo supports the Education First team as an Executive Assistant, bringing 15 years of experience as both an executive assistant and project manager across multiple industries from education to entertainment. Jo supports our executives by juggling multiple complex calendars, managing travel logistics and providing quality administrative support. Working in the admissions department of an independent school in Los Angeles opened her eyes to the diversity challenges facing children in education, and being able to use her best skills to help kids gain access to higher education is what Jo loves about working here at Education First.

Jo is a Brit, who’s adventurous spirit from an early age led her to emigrate to the U.S. As a self-proclaimed “eternal student”, Jo has qualifications from colleges in England- including The University of Oxford and The London Institute, and gained her Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications in California.

Now living in Tucson, Arizona, Jo loves hiking, live music and traveling- jungle adventures in Costa Rica was her favorite vacation (she loves monkeys!), but the Sloth Sanctuary in Portland was a close runner-up.
