Provided ongoing strategic counsel and guidance to urban turnaround district with a focus on planning, engagement and communication. Led development of winning School Improvement Grant application, oversaw community engagement effort throughout turnaround planning, and managed the Middle School Success Initiative, a community-wide effort to develop recommendations to improve the city’s system of middle grades education.
