Sydney currently co-manages Education First’s team of Associates and Associate Consultants, providing them the coaching, professional learning and professional growth supports to execute project research agendas and thrive as professionals. In her time at Education First, Sydney has leveraged her expertise to support and lead projects focused on strategic planning, organizational growth and development, collective impact networks, cradle-to-career alignment, place-based education investments and technical assistance to state and county education agencies.
