As the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Joselin implements strategic planning initiatives at the firm aimed at improving the employee experience and organizational coherence. She also oversees the firm’s professional learning training and supports the implementation of BIPOC team member support strategies. Prior to this role, Joselin served as a consultant on the Effective Organizations and Investments team where she supported state and local education agencies and nonprofits to design organizations, processes and structures that advance equity, while improving their organizational integration, coordination, and collaboration.
Joselin previously worked at a K-8 public school in her home district of Broward County to launch and implement an inaugural community school model serving more than 1,300 students. In all her roles, Joselin has brought a passion to ensuring that education leaders have the tools and resources they need to decrease the organizational fragmentation inhibiting the continuous improvement of systems and policies.
Joselin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies in Latin American and the Caribbean from the University of Florida and received a Master in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She lives in south Florida where you can find her enjoying time at the beach, finding the best sweets to eat and spending time with her dog, Jai.
