Katie joined the Education First Team in 2022 as a HR Coordinator on the People & Equity Team. She is an experienced Human Resources Professional with a passion for the positive impact HR can make within organizations.
Katie has experience both working and volunteering with nonprofit organizations that focus on the wellness of youth and communities and is excited to bring that experience to Education First. She is driven by Education First’s mission to improve education and promote equity and looks forward to being a great resource and advocate for staff within the organization.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Outside of work you can find her exploring the outdoors, volunteering at the Humane Society, or spending time with family and friends.
