Advised district and union personnel, provided planning and facilitation services and produced major reports for three major projects in Denver Public Schools. Advised the district on academic strategy related to the roll-out of new state standards, led a design team of teachers and administrators that developed a new compensation model (ProComp 3.0) informed by a new evaluation system and career pathways, and planned and facilitated an effort by 30 of the district’s strongest teachers to create recommendations to increase teacher retention in the district’s highest poverty schools.
