Provided strategic planning support to a collaborative network of Kansas City funders seeking to align their priorities in support of improved outcomes for the city’s youth. This effort included a landscape scan of promising programs and policies, stakeholder engagement, facilitation and the development of strategic recommendations for collaboration.
