Provided research and grantmaking effectiveness support to the Foundation on a number of topics including accelerating change in higher education, identifying evidence-based practices and grantmaking options to increase K12 and postsecondary attainment of out-of-school youth, and identifying exemplary FAFSA completion initiatives. Designed and hosted the “Countdown to 2015: Developmental Strategies to Advance Readiness in the Common Core Era” conference in April 2014 attended by teams from 10 states committed to taking on improved readiness initiatives and developmental education reform.
