Led a strategic planning process with the Oak Foundation’s education team to review and refine its strategic framework for grantmaking. This process included designing and leading a series of learning meetings for Oak staff and a Board Trustee to gather data and insights to inform the strategy and the design of a new strategic plan and a set of tools for monitoring, communicating and learning from grantees.
