In addition to his leadership responsibilities as a partner, Carl will continue to serve as Chief Finance and Revenue Officer—leading our finance, business development, analytics and technology teams. With over nine years at the firm, Carl has a deep understanding of our business and is committed to ensuring we deliver exceptional ideas, experience-based solutions and results so all students—particularly Black, Indigenous and other students of color and students living in low-income communities—are prepared for success in college, career and life.

About Carl
Carl joined Education First in 2016 and during his tenure has served as a Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant on the Effective Organizations and Investments team, before serving as Chief Finance and Revenue Officer. Before joining Education First, Carl worked in philanthropy and school improvement in his hometown of Los Angeles, CA.
