In partnership with Fort Worth Independent School District and the Texas Education Agency (TEA), we designed and launched the district’s first Office of Innovation, helped onboard a new Cabinet role to lead the division (the Chief Innovation Officer) and supported the district in developing the policies and practices that undergird the Office of Innovation’s new work in alignment with the district’s mission and vision. As a part of our support to Fort Worth ISD, we helped the district develop its autonomous schools’ strategy, and ultimately developed, launched and managed the district’s first three cycles of their charter authorizing and community partnership process.
