Implementing Differentiated Compensation Systems for Educators

In April 2015 we worked with the Reform Support Network to bring together leaders from Delaware, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee to discuss strategies for advancing new educator compensation systems. The meeting highlighted the work of Tennessee and featured presentations from state and district leaders as well as experts who supported the state’s efforts. This memo summarizes the discussions that took place at the convening and the work that participating States have undertaken since then.
